Note:
Copper and aluminum surfaces cannot be welded, rusty surfaces cannot be welded, and smooth stainless steel surfaces can be welded normally.
Some batteries have one electrode of stainless steel and one electrode of aluminum. Our spot welder can weld stainless steel electrodes, but aluminum electrodes require ultrasonic welding. Please pay attention.
Again, aluminum electrodes and copper electrodes cannot be welded.
Common round batteries such as 18650, 32650 can be welded. The welding will be output only when the two needles are pressed stably on the nickel sheet. Lift it up and weld it again.

Instructions for use:
Spot welding nickel sheet:
1. The battery must be fully charged. The thickness of the spot welded nickel sheet cannot be thicker than 0.15MM.
2. Pay attention to the pressure during spot welding. The harder you press, the less heat you get; the lighter you press, the greater the heat you get; but if it is too light, it will be perforated, and if it is too heavy, it will not be firmly tapped. So you need to use appropriate force and don't press too hard.
3. The battery should be polished and the oxide layer and unevenness on the surface should be removed. If the soldering pen is oxidized and blackened, please polish it with fine sandpaper.
4. Use the tip of the pen to tap, so that it can be tapped more firmly.
Welding method: visually observe the welding head, hold it at 60° to the horizontal plane, press the two needles on the surface of the nickel sheet at the same time, make good contact, and the current flows from one needle to the other needle. The large current melts the nickel sheet, thus successfully welding the battery and the nickel sheet.
