Pleasse know it in advance:  To make a good cup of espresso coffee with this product, the following four conditions need to be met：

1，19-20g coffee powder。

2，coffee powder  should be fine enough which is suitable for moka  pot or Italian Espresso machine

3, Coffee beans should be fresh enough，

4，The water temperature needs to be above 90 degrees Celsius。

After everything is ready, clicking the switch button twice in a row will directly enter the coffee making program.  If you are using cold water, you need to press and hold the power button for 2 seconds after everything is ready, and the machine will start to enter boiling water mode. There will be a prompt sound when boiling water is completed. At this point, pressing the switch twice in a row will start coffee making.  Another scenario is that if the water you are using is less than 90 degrees Celsius, you can also use the heating function.

At last,Although this product can use cold water heating function to make coffee, I do not recommend you to do so. This function is only for emergency use. Frequent use of cold water heating function is not conducive to the long-term use of batteries.
